There is a bug when the /filter/ type URLs are in play – this happens when the user is not in a product-category but are filtering only on an attribute.
When it happens, the pagination on the page is correct, but the link is pointing incorrectly to /shop/page/2/ instead of /filter/fish/page/2/
This should be a simple matter of adding a filter to the rel=”next” filter hook.

It’s back in pages with /product-category/ in the URL, not when /filter/ is in the URL. It’s in beta too.
Trello card made and this is being worked on.

This has been fixed in beta and can be seen on foundthru now
