Enabling filters for admins only

This allows you to decide if and when you want to display the filter on the frontend

• Enabled: The filter is viewable by all visitors
• Admins Only: Only the admins can see this filter on the front end. Great for testing.
• Disabled: The filter isn’t viewable by anybody on the front end.
