      Hi Dave,

      Looks like im trying to scrape pages that use Ajax. I signed up for scraping on the 28th but its still processing and I dont have an API key on my account yet.

      Please can you let me know when I might get this confirmed or of there is anything else I need to do to complete the order.

      Hi – Please could you reply to this. My order for the scraping service from the 28th is still processing and I have no key to use the service.

      If you visit your My Account area, you’ll find the API key there on your profile. Enter that to enable the scraping service.

      It will currently stay marked as ‘processing’ because you have an active subscription, but I’ll fix that so it says "Subscription Live".
