Didn't get registration so can't set password

Hello,

We just signed up with the account "[email protected]" but did not see the email with out password.

Are you able to resend / set my password manually? I can update the password in the back end once I have the initial password.

Our smtp mail provider updated some things which meant about 5% of mail servers stopped receiving our mail. We have added additional authentication on our end so now if you visit the My Account page and hit ‘forgotten your password’ you should receive an email properly.
