External Images plugin not working with Houzez Theme

I just installed the plugin and added custom field “external_image_url” in my "WP All Import" and dropped my images in the the custom field and ran it but images are not showing up on my post.
I checked wp_postmeta table in my wordpress_db and meta_key and values are created for external_image_url. but no records are created in wp_posts table.
Let me know if you need additional information or if you think this is a compatibility issue and can it be resolved? I see a lot of discussion on Woocommerce but like Woocommerce, Houzez is also fully supported by WP All import.

Can you confirm if the images are showing up in the EDIT PRODUCT pages? If they are there but NOT in your theme, can you confirm if they are displaying in the archive pages and/or the product detail pages or not anywhere at all.
Regardless of your theme, the images should appear in the EDIT PRODUCT pages or EDIT POST pages, depending on where you have added the external images.
Normally, like 99% – 100% of the time, images work on the product detail page for Featured Image, gallery images and variation images. If you have a case where product detail images are not displaying, but they are on the ‘edit product’ pages then that’s a very unusual issue I’ve not experienced.
If the images are in edit-product, but are not on product detail or not on archive pages then please let me know the theme name and upload the theme somewhere I can access it so I can test and fix locally.

any update on this? we need to move on and ask for refund or dispute charges
