Hiding Faster Woo Widgets when empty

Jonathan L. asked 3 years ago

I have been using your FWW along with the scalability pro plugins for a couple days and really like them.

The only problem is with FWW in the case when the user clicks on a category that no longer has children (while you have the FWW set to only show children) shows an empty widget with just a title.

Is there a way to just simply not show this widget if it's empty.

The other solution I would lean toward here is to show the sibling categories when on a category with no children.

Hi – this is being fixed in the currently underway sprint to add a custom taxonomy widget. Both the custom tax and category titles will disappear if you have ‘donotreset’ applied in the widget – i.e. if the category/taxonomy counts are affected by the attribute or price filters or each other.
