In the options, I see a message saying I should apply these 'indexes'. where? this is too hard for me to understand. Can't I just turn the plugin and expect wpallimport to run multiple times faster? Should I have coding knowledge? I'd love to try this plugin, but if there's no way to get it to work without coding knowledge, please refund.

Click the button to create indexes, then it creates the indexes for you.
I cannot do this on activation since creating indexes can take some time – on large sites, they need to be sure they have enough disk space for the indexes – if I create them on activation it could cause some irate customer support!
