Hi.

I have purchased the Scalability Pro - Unlimited use license but when I enter my api key on a site it says "Not Purchased4" so I think somewhere the license is not registrered.

Could you please look into this thank you

Are you entering this into wp-admin->WP Intense? If so and it’s still not working, can you please create a private answer below and tell me your license key and order number? (You are correct the license key is the API key from your account area)

Please check in wp-admin->Super Speedy Plugins again. Your license key should be active now. I manually added you so you don’t need to go buy it with that emailed coupon again.
