No improments in WP All import

Hello,
I have installed Scalability Pro following to the letter the steps but i have not seen any improvments in importing the same imports.
I am sure that i forgot something but i don't know what, i have retake the steps 3 times.
Please help with improving Wp All Import.

Scalability Pro speeds up large imports, particularly when you have existing items to update.
- Create the indexes on scalability pro settings
- Enable the defer term counts option
- Imports should be faster
