Whats your avalibility looking like for 'WordPress Performance Analysis and Optimisation' before adding one of those options to the cart?

What is also the approx time allocation for the 2 services?

I have your Scalability Pro Plugin which has helped quite a bit but i still have performance issues in the back end (slow queries & some gateway timeouts etc).

I think we may require the indepth option but please see Private Information notes as well as i have a bug that might not be covered in both options which i would like investigated as well.
