How long does it usually take to get a support ticket answered?
Having so many issues with the Price Comparison Plugin but can’t get through to anyone.
Would it be better to request a refund for the plugin at this point?

For your ticket, it will be converted to a Trello card, or an FAQ where possible – it would help us greatly if in future you can ask your questions publicly to save time and just use tickets to provide any private info required to assist you.
