Our website grants you a non-exclusive limited license to use the products sold through our website ( by WPINTENSE

1. Plugin Licensing

All of our digital products and plugins are licensed under the GNU general public license (

2. Upgrades

Upgrades are available to customers who have purchased a support license in accordance with the license they have purchased. A single site license provides upgrades for a single site, A 5-site license provides automatic upgrades for up to 5 sites and an unlimited (developer) license provides automatic upgrades for unlimited sites for you or your clients. You may not resell access to your support license key.

Upgrades are provided for a term of 1 year from the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated (e.g. with some products we may provide a lifetime license option which provides every upgrade for the rest of the life of the plugin). After 1 year a new license will need to be purchased in order to continue receiving support and product upgrades.

3. Delivery

After we have successfully processed your payment, you will receive an email with login information if you were not logged in to site otherwise your download will be available through your account page at our website. This may take up to 1 hour to process, but usually happens within minutes of placing the order. If you do not receive an email or do no see your order in order page after this time period, please contact us. If you are paying using a bank transfer, please email [email protected] once you have completed payment. You may complete your Bank Transfer using either BACS or CHAPS but you are responsible for paying any charges incurred. We will not release the download link and/or license for your product until payment is received in full. For Bank Transfers, please use your order number as the reference for the transaction.

Taxes: We do not currently charge VAT.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all our digital products (plugins and themes). We do not offer a money-back guarantee on services (e.g. the Rocket Stack service, Performance Analysis/optimisation or similar development services).

To qualify, you must first report the problem you are experiencing. This is one of the ways our product improves. Please report any issues through the bug reporting system in the support menu.

If we are unable to fix your problem within 7 days of you reporting it and you would like a refund, we will issue a full 100% refund and you can keep the product. The 60-days time window refers to the time when you first report any problem. 

To request a refund, please do so by creating a support ticket from your account area.

5. Support

WPINTENSE offers WordPress plugins “as is” and with no implied warranty. We do not provide any warranty that they will function exactly as you would like or will be compatible with all 3rd party components and plugins. We do not offer support via email or otherwise support WordPress or other WordPress plugins we have not developed.

Support is offered via our online Q & A forum. Purchasing a support license key gives you access to our support Q & A, where your questions will receive priority status. Purchasing an unlimited (developer) support license gives your questions high priority status.

Support and product updates are provided for a term of 1 year from the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated (e.g. with some products we may provide a lifetime license option which provides every upgrade for the rest of the life of the plugin). After 1 year a new license will need to be purchased in order to continue receiving support and product updates.

License holders cannot distribute, freely giveaway, or resell their license key. The license key is only transferable by contacting us and requesting an official transfer of the license to a new owner. The license is intended to be used on the license holders website(s). Client site usage is permitted in situations where the license holder maintains an ongoing relationship with the client as a consultant. Only the license holder is permitted to request support or access support resources.

6. Transactional Emails

WPINTENSE may on occasion send you email notifications related to your purchased products or related to any newsletter/updates you have opted into. These transactional emails may include notification of licensing changes, changes to our terms and conditions, license expiration notices and other transactional emails related to your purchase of our products.

7. Price Changes

WPINTENSE reserves the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a support license with or without notice. Prices of all products are subject to change. Notice of price changes will be made on the site.

8. Warranty

Our plugin is guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress. We do not guarantee it will function with all 3rd party plugins or with all web browsers and we are not responsible for any plugin compatibility conflicts that may occur, but it is our policy to support our plugins as best we can and we will provide support for 3rd party plugin conflicts at our discretion or as time allows. We are not responsible for any loss that may occur as a result of installing any of our plugins or products.
