You can find support for each of our plugins in our sidebar. If you ask us a question – please tell us which version of which plugin you are using. Check out the beta versions for our plugins too in your downloads area – our beta plugins have the latest features and bug fixes, sometimes a few months ahead of a core release.

If we need access to your server to assist you, please add our SSH key to your server.

All customers get full access to our Discord Server where you can chat to us directly in our support channels.
